Your order will be securely packaged and sent with the shipping service provider DHL. We charge a flat rate of €3.99 for shipping in Germany . For Switzerland we charge CHF13.95 and for Austria € 7.95.
All orders are prepared for shipping within 3-6 business days. The delivery time for all our items is 3-8 business days. Due to delays with the shipping company or unusually high loads in our warehouse, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 days.
For orders over 49€, shipping within Germany is free.
If your order contains several products for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment (unless otherwise agreed). The applicable delivery time is determined by the item that has the longest delivery time.
